The importance of foreign ownership and multinationality: effects on wages and employment

The internationalization of Swedish business has been accentuated during the 1990s. How increased influence of foreign-owned companies and cross-border direct investments affect the Swedish labor market is a frequently recurring question. The purpose of this project was to analyze a number of issues concerning the effects of foreign ownership, multinationality and mergers.
