Swedish income and wealth distribution and mobility

The overall goal of the project is to create homogeneous series for the development of the income and wealth distribution in Sweden from the time that Sweden was industrialized in the 19th century until today. The project mainly consists of creating new data series covering income and wealth distribution based on tax statistics, the national accounts, and population statistics, but shall also be compared to individual databases for overlapping years. The aim is to be able to better explain the emergence of the Swedish income and wealth distribution, both from a historical and international perspective.
