General information

Papers and presentations

Papers should be submitted no later than 31 May. The papers will be available via a private URL sent by e-mail to all particiapants. Each presentation may take at most 25 minutes, the discussant may use 10 minutes, and 5 minutes are devoted to general discussion. Please bring your presentations on a USB stick or send them by e-mail to niclas.berggren@ifn.se. The style of dress throughout the conference is casual.

Transportation to Vaxholm

From the airport Stockholm/Arlanda (ARN) you have to take a taxi to Vaxholm and the conference venue Waxholms Hotell, address Hamngatan 2, Vaxholm, phone +46 8 541 301 50. The drive takes about 45 minutes – 1 hour and the taxi fare is about 600 SEK. You can pay with a card if you prefer. We strongly recommend that you use one of the three largest companies, Taxi Stockholm, Taxi Kurir or Taxi 020, because of problems with rogue taxi drivers. These reliable taxi companies are located in the section closest to the exit from the terminal building. If you fly to any other airport, let us know and we can advise you.

At the hotel

Check in and check out: You have access to your room from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 11.00 on the day of your departure. You are welcome to leave your luggage in the reception if needed. Internet: wifi login information is available in the reception.

For those of you who stay in Stockholm over the weekend, accommodation will be arranged at Nordic C Hotel in central Stockholm.

Travel expenses and accomodation

IFN will reimburse travel expenses (economy class) against original receipts after the conference and pay for accommodation and meals during the conference. The accomodation concerns invited participants and their accompanying persons (if any; accompanying persons have to pay their own travel expenses). IFN will take care of the room reservations, in Vaxholm (from 10-12 June) and in Stockholm (12-14 June at the longest) for those who wish to stay over the weekend. Please make your own travel arrangements and inform us about your arrival and departure dates and flight information as soon as possible but no later than 30 April, so we can make the appropriate hotel reservations. For participants arriving 10 June we will arrange an informal pre-conference dinner at Waxholms Hotell at 19.00. Please inform us about dietary restrictions or any other special requests.

Send your travel information as soon as you have it (but no later than 30 April) and paper (no later than 31 May) to niclas.berggren@ifn.se.

For the reimbursement of travel expenses, please send your original receipts and your bank details (name, address, SWIFT/BIC code, account number and IBAN) to:
