I received a PhD in Economics at Uppsala University in 2008 with the thesis Essays on Economic Voting, Cognitive Dissonance, and Trust.

My research deals with political and public economics with an empirical focus. Within the research program: The Economics of the Service Sector, I investigate consequences of private and public production of services. I also do research within the areas of voting behavior, economics and psychology, social capital, and inheritances.
