Örjan Sandewall was educated at the London School of Economics, where he obtained a Ph.D. degree. He also holds a Civilekonom degree from Stockholm School of Economics. His dissertation examined various topics related to estimation in the presence of individual-level latent variables, and his research interests lie in the fields of Empirical Industrial Organization, Labour Economics, Law and Economics and Behavioural Economics.
