Intrapreneurship

Entrepreneurship is crucial for a viable and dynamic business sector and for long-term economic development. Today the importance of entrepreneurship is being discussed both among researchers and in the policy debate. Much of this discussion has, however, focused on entrepreneurial businessmen, but employees can be entrepreneurial as well. This category is often referred to as intrapreneurs. The level and importance of intrapreneurship differ substantially between countries. The purpose of this project is to explain these differences and identify how the intrapreneurship level can be improved in the economy.
