Mikael Elinder

Associate Professor

Mikael Elinder is Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, Uppsala University and affiliated with IFN. At IFN Mikael Elinder is mainly working within the program "The economics of the service sector". 

Mikael Elinder's research deals with applied microeconomics with an inter-disciplinary angle and an empirical focus. Within the research program: The Economics of the Service Sector, I investigate the consequences of private and public production of services. I also do research within the areas of voting behavior, economics and psychology, social capital, and inheritance.
