Paula Roth defended her dissertation Essays on Inequality, Insolvency and Innovation in May 2020, at Department of Economics, Uppsala University. Between 2020 and 2022 she was a postdoctoral fellow at IFN. Since 2022 she is a researcher at the Swedish House of Finance and affiliated to IFN. Paula's research focuses on economic inequality, household finances, income and wealth distribution, as well as innovations and entrepreneurship.
