General Counsel and member of Group Management of Investor AB, Head of Legal, Corporate Governance and Compliance, and investments in EQT. Board member of Electrolux, SCFI (Swedish Corporate Governance Institute), and the Association for Generally Accepted Principles in the Securities Market. Petra is also the chairman of several nomination committees, including those for Atlas Copco, SEB, Electrolux Professional, Epiroc, and Husqvarna.
