The project aimed at a closer study of the development of services connected to manufacturing, i.e. producer services and goods distribution, with a particular focus on the manufacturing companies' make or buy decisions regarding producer services. Another important topic was the effects of outsourcing and offshoring on productivity and labor market outcomes.
