Daniel Waldenström is professor of economics and program director for the research program “Taxation and Society” at IFN. He received his Ph.D. in economics in 2003 from the Stockholm School of Economics and in economic history in 2009 from Lund University. He has been researcher and teacher at the University of California at Los Angeles, Stockholm School of Economics, Uppsala University and the Paris School of Economics. His research concerns economic inequality, taxation, fiscal policy and economic history.
